A contemporary 4 bedroomed detached villa with own pool, roof terrace and stunning views. Sleeps 8-10 guests (please note, that the 9th + 10th guests will be accommodated on two additional single beds in the twin bedroom, or on the two single-sized sofas / day beds in the living area of the property).

Villa Lycia is a four-bedroomed detached villa set over three floors with a roof terrace that's accessed from the top floor bedroom suite.

The villa can accommodate 8-10 guests. The 8th and 10th guests would be accommodated on additional single beds that can be added to the large twin bedroom on the first floor making this arrangement ideal for families with children. Alternatively, there are two single-sized beds in the living area.

The walk into to the centre of the village will take about 15 minutes. This is downhill all the way, so a taxi back (particularly in the heat of the summer sun) is probably a good idea!

Villa Lyciais a well-established villa and previous guests' reviews have been very positive.

Kalkan
Kalkan is a town on the Turkish Mediterranean coast, and an important tourist destination. The area includes many historical sites (such as Tlos and Kekova) and many fine beaches (including Patara Beach & Kaputaş Beach). Kalkan is an old fishing town, and the only safe harbor between Kaş and Fethiye; it is famous for its white-washed houses, descending to the sea, and its brightly colored bougainvilleas. It averages 300 days of sunshine a year.

Dalaman is the nearest airport to the resort of Kalkan - transfer time by road is approximately 1.5 hours. It is possible to reach the Kalkan via Antalya Airport, however, the transfer time is approximately 3 - 3.5 hours. The flight time from the UK is approximately 3.5 hours.

£ 250 or 10% from the total rent cost "whichever is higher" is refundable security deposit is required against breakage and damages. And it will be returned to you within approximately 10 day of the end of your holiday provided there is no loss or damage to the rental property.
2.5% administrative fee will applied if payments done by Credit/Debit Card
